Kelly Rogers is a school psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and  Special Education Coordinator at the Charlevoix-Emmet Intermediate School District. Kelly has extensive experience with evaluation for special education eligibility, positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS), IEP development and implementation, and establishing effective programs for students on the autism spectrum.
