Talent Together: A One-of-a-Kind Solution to the Educator Shortage

Talent Together is an innovative partnership and coalition of all of Michigan’s 56 Intermediate School Districts or Regional Education Service Agencies.  In cooperation with the Michigan Educator Workforce Initiative and 14 Michigan Colleges and Universities,Talent Together helps Michiganders become certified teachers at no cost while continuing to earn an income. This episode explores the history behind Talent Together and the ways it is helping increase the educator pipeline in Michigan.
